Who We Are
Thank you for your interest in furnished apartments located minutes away from four local hospitals: Renown Regional Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, VA Medical Center, and the new Northern Nevada Medical Center.
The nine apartments—each with new furniture—are located in the heart of midtown Reno within the same block. They are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Individual washer and dryer units are located in each apartment, along with central air and gas heat.
The property owners and managers are brothers Barry and Chris O’Sullivan—fourth generation residents of Reno, Nevada. Barry and Chris are proud to provide high-quality, reliable housing for traveling medical professionals. They manage the properties personally and do not outsource to a property management company.
Moreover, Barry knows what medical professionals look for in housing based on his prior experience working for Renown Regional Medical Center. Barry worked at Renown for 25 years in various capacities, including ICU manager. He has worked with hundreds of nurses, and he knows healthcare travelers need comfortable places to rest and relax.
Barry and Chris look for traveling medical professionals who will take care of the apartment and respect others who live nearby. The properties are non-smoking and cannot accommodate pets.
